The Guinean transition president made a huge reshuffle in the devolved departments of the ministry of mines and geology today, March 2, 2023. In an executive order, read on national television, Colonel Mamadi Doumbouya appointed regional mining and geology inspectors, along with prefectural directors.  

Regional inspectors:

Regional Mining and Geology inspector of Boké :  Ismaël Ouattara, previously prefectoral director of mines in Boké,

Regional Mining and Geology inspector of Kindia : Fatoumata Kaba, currently working at Centre de promotion et de développement minier;

Regional Mining and geology inspector of Mamou :   Mohamed Sylla, previously prefectural acting mining director of Kindia;

Regional mining and geology inspector of Labé : Kadiatou Baldé, previously acting regional director of Labé.
